Does the Privacy Act 2020 allow AI voice for NZ clinics?
Yes, subject to the 13 Information Privacy Principles. The Health Information Privacy Code 2020 adds clinic-specific obligations. We use NZ or AU data residency and run consent-on-recording by default. The board paper for a NZ deployment is shorter than the AU equivalent.
Which NZ PMSs do you integrate with?
Medtech32 and Indici cover the majority of NZ general practice. We've handled both. MyPractice and Profile for allied/private specialists. NZ integration is genuinely different work than AU — anyone telling you 'it's the same' has never deployed in NZ.
Where will NZ patient calls be processed?
Default is AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2) with a contractual data-residency clause specifying no further movement. Some clients require Auckland AWS (ap-southeast-6) — supported but slightly narrower vendor list.
Do you work with iwi-led and Māori health providers?
Yes. The agent supports tikanga-aligned greetings and te reo phrases; tuning happens in pilot. We'll work with your kaumātua review process if the deployment requires it.
