Almost never. Every PMS we cover (BP, Cliniko, MD, Halaxy, Genie) has at least one production-grade AI voice integration. The right question is which vendor fits your specific PMS, not which PMS to switch to.
What if my PMS isn't on your list?
Tell us. We've evaluated 30+ AU/NZ PMS environments. If yours isn't on the public list, it usually means there are fewer than three production-grade AI voice integrations available — we'll tell you which (if any) clear the CAPR bar.
Do you also advise on PMS selection?
Not as a standalone engagement. But if you're choosing a PMS today with AI voice on the 12–18 month roadmap, the diagnostic includes a forward-compatibility scoring run.

Yes — every shortlisted vendor has to demonstrate AU-region hosting (or NZ for NZ clients), AHPRA-aligned consent flows and Privacy Act 1988 / APP compliance before they make our list.
