    For ANZ healthcare, AgentForce is the natural answer where Service Cloud or Health Cloud is the operating system of the service organisation. For buyers without that estate, the choice usually doesn't make sense.

    Does AgentForce make sense if we're not on Salesforce?

    Almost never. The platform's value is the Salesforce integration. Without it, you're paying enterprise commercials for capability you can get more cheaply elsewhere.

    Is AgentForce ready for voice receptionist workloads?

    It is improving quickly. For brand-critical voice, best-of-breed voice platforms still lead. For mixed estates where Salesforce is the source of truth, AgentForce is the right substrate.
