    For outbound and assistive workflows, yes. For end-to-end front-desk booking inside Best Practice or Medical Director, it needs partner-built integration and clinical guardrails.

    Does ElevenLabs host data in Australia?

    Not as a first-party offering today. Australian data residency is typically achieved by routing recordings and transcripts into an AU-hosted store via your partner.

    Can patients tell it's AI?

    Less often than with any other platform we test. We still recommend disclosure — both ethically and to align with healthcare regulator expectations.
