    Booking against theatre lists is supported via selected vendor + partner combinations. Actual theatre scheduling stays with the practice manager — the AI offers and confirms slots within rules you set.

    What about pre-op prep instructions?

    Outbound calls and confirmations can carry pre-op prep messaging; clinical content is reviewed and signed off by your clinical lead, not the vendor.

    Do you cover mixed Genie + Cliniko networks?

    Yes — common in mixed specialist + allied-health groups. We design the AI voice layer to abstract across both PMS systems where possible.

    Are you a vendor or an independent advisor?
